1. INTRODUCTION

Mayor Mobile App (OMMA). These Terms govern your access to and use of the mobile application, website, and
related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing OMMA, you agree to these Terms. If you do
not agree, please do not use the Services.
Subscription
Certain features of OMMA may be available on a subscription basis. If a subscription auto-renews and you do
not cancel before renewal, you will be automatically charged for the next service period.

"We," "Us," or "Our" refers to IT Automation LLC, the provider of OMMA. "You" or "User" refers to any
individual accessing or using OMMA. "Services" refers to the features and functionalities provided through

OMMA is not intended for children under 13 years old. By using OMMA, you confirm that you are at least 18
years old or have legal guardian consent. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child
under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
2. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH IT AUTOMATION LLC
Binding Legal Agreement
By:
- Downloading and using OMMA
- Creating an account
- Accessing or using its features
- Agreeing electronically to these Terms
You agree to be bound by these Terms. If using OMMA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you
have the
authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use
immediately.
3. ACCESSING THE SERVICES
By using OMMA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or authorized to act on behalf of a legal entity.
User Responsibilities
By accessing OMMA, you agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Refrain from impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Ensure that your device and software meet the necessary technical requirements to use OMMA.
4. UPDATES TO THE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to:

Significant changes will be communicated to you in advance through reasonable means (e.g., email or app
notifications). Continued use of OMMA after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO-RENEWALS
Subscription & Auto-Renewal
There is no subscription policy, and our application does not receive any payments for use. Any changes to the
free account will be notified accordingly to the user agreement in the future.
6. YOUR USER ACCOUNT
Creating an Account
To use certain features of OMMA, you may need to create an account by providing:
- Your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Contact Telephone Number
- A secure password
7. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality by logging out.
Do not share your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
8. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Free Trials
All features are currently available for free as part of trial version.
There are no charges for using the application features in the current version.
9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Subscription Cancellation
The current version of Our Mayor Mobile App does not include a subscription model.
As there are no subscriptions, refunds do not apply.
Email support@ourmayorusa.com for cancellation or removal of your membership.
10. LICENSE TERMS
Software License
OMMA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the mobile app and its features. You
may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Sell, sublicense, or distribute OMMA without permission
- Use OMMA for illegal purposes
11. PROHIBITED USE
By using OMMA, you agree not to:
- Use OMMA for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
- Send spam, viruses, or malicious content
- Interfere with network security or disrupt OMMA services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
If you engage in prohibited activities, IT Automation LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your
account
without notice.
12. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, reviews, or suggestions to OMMA, you grant IT Automation LLC a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute such content for app improvement
and marketing purposes.
Users must not submit content that is:
- False, misleading, or defamatory.
- Offensive, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Used for commercial solicitation or spam.
13. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Service Availability
OMMA is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Downtime may occur due to technical, maintenance, or security issues.
No Warranties
IT Automation LLC does not warrant that OMMA will be error-free or meet your specific needs.
You assume all risks associated with using the Services.
Limitation of Liability
IT Automation LLC is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or incidental damages
We are not liable for any device loss or malfunctions resulting from the misuse of our services.
Third-Party Content & Ai Disclaimer
OMMA may provide access to news, Al-generated insights, or third-party services.
IT Automation LLC does not:
- Endorse or verify the accuracy of external content.
- Guarantee that Al-driven recommendations are error-free.
- Assume liability for damages resulting from reliance on third-party data.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IT Automation LLC from any claims, damages, or losses resulting
from:
- Your misuse of OMMA
- Violations of these Terms
- Unauthorized activities using your account
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
IT Automation LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You fail to make payments for subscription-based services
- You violate prohibited use policies
- We are required by law to do so
16. TERMINATION BY USER
If you wish to terminate your OMMA account, you may do so by:
Sending an email request to support@ourmayorusa.com with your registered email and account details.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically remove your account. You must request deactivation.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved
informally. If unresolved, legal action will be taken in a North
Carolina jurisdiction. If local laws require specific consumer rights, they shall apply in addition to these
Terms.
18. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
By using OMMA, you agree that any claims must be filed individually and not as part of a class action lawsuit.
19. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
IT Automation LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate OMMA at any time.
If services are discontinued, we will provide advance notice and issue prorated refunds for paid
subscriptions.
20. MISCELLANEOUS

Data Charges
You are responsible for any mobile data or internet usage fees incurred while using OMMA.
Force Majeure
